Distracting yourself will keep your mind off of the work your body is doing. If you have something else to think about you will have an easier time of working out. Distractions also keep you from being bored. If you get bored during your workout you are more likely to slack off and then you won’t see the results that you were hoping to see.

One of the best ways to make sure you stick with your weight loss program is to approach it with a positive attitude and to find ways to keep yourself inspired to keep going.
